Snezana Nena M. Hatfield

Hello, I am Snezana M. Hatfield. I am called Nena. My birth country is Serbia. I became a US citizen in September of 2011. I am a Medical Dosimetrist and hold a Batchelor of Science degree in Physics. My skills in IMRT and 3D radiation therapy are excellent.

I am a hard, energetic worker and genuinely concerned about my patient care. My experience, as a Jr. Physicist, allows me to understand more deeply the physical and science aspect in radiation therapy field. I have a very good understanding of the need to maximize radiation dose delivery to the target volume and to respect the tolerance of the adjacent normal structure. I am told my organization skills are excellent and I love challenges. I am a creative person, enjoy problem solving and coordinating radiation therapy to meet established timelines.
